This is actually a little frightening. The stirring of iced coffee makes me think of deck chairs on the Titanic. Huh. Somebody stirred my brain, too. I wish the drought would break, however. Here too we are too dry. Danger, Will Fireman Robinson, Danger.

I moved from the northeast to Missouri six years ago. The summers here are much warmer, but I’m told the last ten years have been exceptional. I think every summer I’ve seen has had a drought. We can have 1 1/2 inch of rain in a day and no more for 10 days, which does little for the 9 inch deficit for the month.
