on the wings of a kite
the child within explores
a suppressed reality
hands as fragile as a kite string
reach for the barely perceptible
held close, embraced
identity exceeds expectations
drawn ever closer
the wings of a kite soar

Intriguing – I like the metaphor – thanks for link to Tanham’s post.
Reaching for the barely perceptible is likely the true purpose of human life.
