hearts hold
the light of the moon
see the whisper of the stars
hear the sun’s warmth
understand
night and day are one
when love holds court

Thanks, Ben.
I use an open-source graphics program called GIMP (similar to Photoshop, but free). I create a picture that’s a transparency and paste the screenshot onto it. After cropping, I delete the background of the screenshot and save that “text/tile” image as a png file. I then copy it and paste it onto the image I want to use as a background. There is re-sizing involved for both background and text image to get the scale I want. I then save the combine image as a jpg file.

“Night and day are one” – a continuum – great way to describe Love, the force that propels one moment into the next. [An aside: I wink at this as my waking/sleeping habits have little to do with clock time – maybe that’s a sign I’m channeling love, going with constant flow?]

Sometimes, Jane and Merril will use the magnets as an inspirational springboard, completing their poems on their own.

Beautiful verse, Ken. The Oracle came through with a lovely message for you. I love the timeless feeling of
“hearts hold
the light of the moon
see the whisper of the stars”
