Almost Down for the Count
This simple verse,
although quite terse,
fulfills my debt.
I’m not out yet.
Today is Day 6 of National/Global Poetry Writing Month and I almost forgot to write a poem.
This may be off-prompt, but I’m sharing it at napowrimo.net.

Prompt, Schmompt; I only use it rarely. A few times, I’ve written my say & then, upon posting, discovered that it serendipitously addressed the prompt
Nice work, KG. Have a great day, rivrbrother.

Thanks, Merril. I’ve had a bit of a dry spell. I need to light a fire under my imagination.

I’m appreciative of tersemess these days when rambling on without end or point seems to be the main form of communication. (K)
