Night Wind
The unmistakable voices of the trees
calling out to the hidden moon,
seeking the caress of its light,
the end of their unease.
A midnight susseration.
This gogyohka is inspired by Merril Smith’s gogyohka, Night Wind.

Lovely, Ken. I like the thought of the trees calling out to the moon.
It was my first gogyohka, too. Thanks for the mention!

I like the play of sound and light in your poem, the susurrations. 💨

Lovely. OMG! There are so many kinds of poems. I feel so inadequate to comment.

Thank you. 🙂
There are some forms that just don’t appeal to me, but once in a while I’ll try a new one.
