When I saw this challenge, I thought of you!
Lovely haiku. I think I remember the bottom photo?

Thank you, Merril.
I thought I had used it with another poem, but I couldn’t find it in my WP Media Library. It’s probably buried somewhere in that vast expanse of photos.
It’s one of my favorite photos and I have it as a large canvas print above the headboard in our bedroom.
There’s a web app, The Photographer’s Ephemeris, that can be opened on a PC – https://app.photoephemeris.com/?ll=16.768800,-3.007300&dt=20180709162800%2B0000 – or downloaded to a phone as an app, that maps the sun or moon’s rise and set on a map, showing the line from there to a point you plot on that map. It’s very handy, and I often used it to plan photos from the Canadian side of the Niagara River, with the moon rising over the Horseshoe or American Falls.
