Using a photo from my WP Media Library, this is my twelfth shadorma for Eliot Dybden’s Shadorma November (ShaNov) at Along the Interstice. A shadorma has six lines with no rhyme or meter, except for a syllable structure of 3/5/3/3/7/5.

I wrote a shadorma today and linked to Eliot…not sure I did it right. Mine is kind of disjointed, not a continuous thought.

Since Missouri is known for its caves, each time my family visits, I try to visit a different one. We went in a different direction this year, watching the eclipse. They have a chance to return the favor for the next one, in Buffalo.
