This is my response to Jane Dougherty’s Poetry Prompt #19: Lantern/Lanturne Poetry.
Lantern poem ~ a poem with a syllable progression of 1-2-3-4-1 — centered, giving it a shape similar to a Japanese lantern
Cool, nicely done!
How is she doing anyway, i don’t hear from her much anymore!

I really like this. It’s so simple, but so complete.

Thanks. I think the form lends itself to that, but it also can be cryptic/mysterious, as Jane shows in her third poem.
